<p>The successful Sales Director will need to develop and deliver tactical business plans to agreed targets and budgets, while having 8 specialist sector Sales Managers reporting to them. The regional sales Director will be responsible for a 200+ sales force. You will be responsible for managing and leading these established successful sales teams, while focusing on renewal contract signs and winning new logo business.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for Building joint sales campaigns and account plans with the channels sales force, Direct Hi Touch sales force and senior management team.<br />
Drive and co-ordinate product and services capability and margin generation with new and existing channel relationships and end user enterprise accounts.<br />
Recruit and target new System Integration partners, channel partners and enterprise customers</p>
<p>You will be responsible for sustaining and developing business for key Infrastructure service Solutions through alliances with the Tier 1 System Integrators and channel partners. Build vertically focused solution stacks based on technology managed services and Network Intergration vaue propotions.<br />
Manage and cultivate senior key business relationships within the SI’s and partners you will also be engaging with Solutions architects, service architects to measure and keep on top of delivery. Lease with professional services, legal and technical departments to ensure continuity of message.<br />
Understand and communicate value propositions internally to the Group.</p>
<p>Ensure that the SI’s and partnerships that are newly recruited complement the strategic value propositions and ensure that we are culturally aligned as potential business partners.<br />
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans with SI’s and partners in line with our client’s Group direction</p>
<p>Drive the end user Enterprise sales force by goal setting, training, getting in front of key clients and leading from the front as required.<br />
Cultivate relationships with key individuals and departments within our client to evangelise about the commercial outcome we are trying to achieve.<br />
Maintain internal communication with our client’s senior management team about accurate business forecasting and potential sell through pipeline.<br />
Agree and deliver revenue targets within agreed timescales.<br />
Manage pipeline, provide Revenue Report and track ROI by each sales service line.<br />
Establish and manage sales champions.<br />
Create tactical and creative mind share campaigns for the channel.<br />
Manage your time effectively between working on and off site, down loading forecasts to the Executive management board.</p>

<p>We need experienced sales professionals with an unprecedented track record of selling the delivery of IT infrastructure management and outsourcing across desktop, networking and data centre environments, together with a full range of related services, from infrastructure consulting through integration and deployment focusing on the general commercial market.</p>

<p>A good general network of contacts within either the Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Media or Financial services verticals would be advantageous. You must be able to walk our client through multiple client engagement wins, demonstrating creativity and sale processes and why you actually won the deal and how. The role is working within the main commercial Outsourcing division of the group.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will need to generate and grow business for key named accounts, as well as green field sites within the Account portfolio. The role also requires you to internally sell and work with the existing Account Team, bid teams and service delivery arm to maximise and close opportunities.</p>

<p>At least five years proven consultative sales and account management experience within the traditional IT Services/Outsourcing sector, with relevant market experience. Our client willook at sales executives that have sold into Government, Local Government, Health and general commercial. Basically the verticals are very open.</p>

<p>Selective Search are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director with a specific background/understanding of Application Outsourcing (SAP/Oracle).</p>

<p>This role will be responsible for driving sales of predominantly Applications Management solutions across a range of industry sectors. This role will promote our client in the market and will build relationships with customers and IT Services partners promoting the brand in the Application Management space. </p>

<p>You will be responsible for creating and driving your own pipeline, in line with the business unit’s overall business strategy &amp; direction. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The focus of this person will be on mid-sized Applications Management deals ( £7m to £50m+) involving multiple technologies (e.g. ERP, Mainframe, Legacy and COTS) and will be focused on new client acquisition and driving growth into new name logos.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will be an experienced business developer, with a proven sales track record in the IT services industry.  </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience of selling SAP or Oracle.</li>
<li>Must have worked for large organisations in sales role during the last 3 years, responsible for Business Development in the Application Management space.</li>
<li>You will have personally led &amp; sold at least three referencible Application Management Deals to FTSE 350 / Fortune 500 organisations.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable leading CIO / IT Director level business meetings.</li>
<li>You will have worked on large Application Management deals involving deal advisory firms and demonstrate familiarity with complex Application Management sales cycles.</li>
<li>Ideally well versed with commercial models, estimation techniques, pricing trends, TUPE regulations, crafting complex MSA &amp; SOW documents.</li>
<li>Essential to have sold Application Management solutions involving service delivery from Nearshore / Offshore locations outside UK.</li>

<p>The role holder needs to demonstrate a demonstrable sales management track record. The right candidate will need to manage, motivate and accurately forecast to the business sales activity. You will need to professionally develop a sales team of direct reports and assist them in career planning while obviously managing the sales activities and performance of the team. The Sales manager will need to drive business results by leading from the front by still actually assisting your sales team by going to client meetings and adding value the sales cycle.</p>
<p>You will be targeted on achieving revenue and profit contribution targets, leveraging the customer base and championing the expansion of services across the enterprise business line.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Lead, motivate and counsel the sales team, to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue, gross<br />
profit, unit placement and equipment projections while maintaining teamwork.<br />
Interact individually with sales representatives to plan, coach, train, advise, and review their<br />
progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets and assist them in their career planning, training and growth.<br />
Schedules and hosts periodic informational team meetings and team-building exercises. Manage day-to-day employee relations issues.<br />
Facilitate a team-based work environment to promote sales across the business line.<br />
Ensure reports are conducting strategic account planning with key customer accounts.<br />
Recruits, interviews and hires sales professionals.<br />
Ensures consistent customer service and measures customer satisfaction.<br />
Evaluate performance data.<br />
Facilitate communication and cooperation between team and marketplaces.</p>
<p>You will need to steer creative bid management and got to market value propositions.</p>

<p>At least 6-8 years in industry related sales experience with at least 2 years business-to-business account management and development experience and at least 3 years management experience.</p>
<p>You will need to demonstrate a successful track record of selling complex ICT solutions and services to the end user corporate market.</p>
<p>Experience of selling Managed Services, Support Services, Technology solutions, Technology disposal management, Hardware and IT software.</p>

<p>Our client needs experienced sales professionals with an unprecedented track record of  Selling IT Infrastructure, or Managed Services, or Managed Desktop, and Software, Asset Management, Managed Storage, Networking, Communications and Hardware within the enterprise space to any market vertical.</p>
<p>A good general network of contacts within the general commercial vertical is a MUST. You must be able to walk the client through multiple client engagement wins, demonstrating creativity and sale processes and why you actually won the deal and how. The role is working within the Infrastructure sales team, acting as a feeder unit to the main commercial Outsourcing division of the group.</p>
<p>You will need to generate and grow business for key named accounts, as well as green field sites. The role also requires you to internally sell and work with the existing Account Directors to spot any IT infrastructure opportunity while working with the designated Partners/Vendors in the channel. You will need to own the client win from beginning to end.</p>
<p>Key Skills:</p>
<p>At least five years proven consultative sales and account management experience within the traditional IT sector, with relevant vertical market experience.</p>
<p>The candidate should be goal oriented with excellent track record of new business success; over achievement of sales targets, top sales ranking, awards and achievement recognition. The right candidate will be empowered to just get on with hitting the number; whilst having as much training and support needed to assist in hitting target. Proactively developing new customer contacts.<br />
Exhibiting leadership qualities that effectively direct people and projects.<br />
Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit expectations.<br />

Serving as a first line of contact with customers.<br />

Pull internal resource together for service delivery.</p>
