Our classic candidate sector requirements:
Healthcare Consultants; Management consultancy expertise in the NHS with both Healthcare and Change Management experience. These roles will support deployment teams, facilitate organisational change, process redesign, benefits realisation and cultural change.

Central Government Consultants; Management consultants with change management experience; who have provided a business consultancy front-end to technology implementation or have experience of shared services.

Commercial Consultants; Management Consultants with Retail, Utilities, Telecoms and Financial Services industry knowledge to help shape compelling business propositions for our clients and support delivery of business benefits through IT enabled solutions and services.



Candidate capability requirements needed:
Supply Chain and Procurement Consultants; with experience of supply chain transformation including implementation of lean processes and thinking, introduction of collaboration solutions, procurement outsourcing and purchasing organisation improvement and exploitation of eProcurement, across all industry sectors - Retail sector knowledge desirable.

HR Consultants with knowledge and understanding of HR transformation, with experience in developing HR strategy, HR process design, HR service delivery, shared services and HR effectiveness.

Value Governance Consultants with experience of benefits realisation (identification, quantification and measurement of benefits), portfolio management (assessment and selection of projects, programmes and other investment) and governance (strategic, tactical and operational).

Transformation Consultants to demonstrate rigour of thought combined with a flair for coaching and working with people, used to leading and coaching teams of consultants and clients through ambiguous circumstances to deliver results.
